Zen by Extension

This project included internal renovations and a contemporary rear extension. The existing house was a traditionally designed new build property in the historic centre of Bath. James used his extensive experience working within the Bath Conservation Area to make sure the proposals were suitable for their setting, both in design terms and in line with the local planning authorities policies. The design opened up the ground floor to create an open plan space, while adding new bi-fold doors and a frameless glass oriel window that provides a window seat.
